Tamer Sargios, MD, FACG

Dr. Tamer Sargios is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist, specializing in the treatment and prevention of diseases and disorders of the digestive tract.

Office Hours in Hopewell Junction:

Thursdays: 3:00- 5:00 pm

Ravichandra  Reddy, MD

Dr Reddy is a Physical Medicine/Rehab specialist.  He focuses on helping patients recover functionality after an illness or injury such as a stroke, sports injuries, spinal cord or brain injury, or fibromyalgia.

Thursdays: 8:30-3:30pm

Narendra Kumar Patel, MD

Dr Patel is a Board Certified Radiologist for over 30 years.  He practices at Advanced Medical Imaging, Newburgh.  Dr Patel provides services to CPC  by diagnosing through ultrasonography.  Echocardiograms, US carotid, thyroid ,abdomen, pelvis; and arterial dopplers are available with participating insurances every Tuesdays, Fridays, and  some Saturdays

Syed H. Naqvi, MD

Dr Naqvi  is a Board Certified Cardiologist that has been practicing for over 25 years.  He is affiliated with several local hospitals.
